Sevenoaks based Regalpoint was formed by Tony Porter in 2000 to take advantage of development opportunities throughout Kent, Sussex and Surrey. The Company specialises in new build, houses and apartments, with schemes ranging from one to twenty units.
The company is run by a small, dedicated management team, with most professional services outsourced. A sympathetic approach to environment, design and construction quality is at the core of the company's philosophy.
Following the 2008 financial crisis and the consequent turbulence of property prices, Regalpoint withdrew from the market and has undergone a period of consolidation from which it has now emerged ready to return with ambitious plans for an exciting programme of new home developments in excellent locations, with high standards of construction and specification.
